Refund Policy

If you need to return an item to us, please email admin@shadeshack.com in the first instance. We always aim to respond within the same business day.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you need to return your goods to us within 14 days of purchase, in unused and resaleable condition, complete with all original packaging.

Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and email you. If your return is accepted and a refund required, your original method of payment will be credited. Please note that how long it takes before your refund will show varies depending on payment method.

If you think your refund has not been processed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Damaged items

We are happy to replace items that arrive damaged or are deemed defective, within 30 days of purchase. Items will be replaced with a like-for-like model, unless you specify an alternative. Please note that there may be more money to pay if you select a more expensive range, or a partial refund to be allocated if you choose something cheaper.

In the case of items not returned in the original condition or without the original packaging, only a partial refund may be offered. In addition, items returned after 30 days will be processed at our discretion.

Gifts

If you wish to return a product that was bought and shipped to you as a gift, we will send you a gift certificate for the value of the item.

If the item was bought and shipped to the giver of the gift, they will be given a refund and kept informed as to the return.

Shipping

To send a product back to us, email us at admin@shadeshack.com and we will respond with the shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs; these are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and ask you to retain your proof of purchase.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and the burden of proof that it has been sent is yours.
